Professor Knake Jefferson regularly serves as a consulting and testifying expert. She consults on matters related to legal ethics and lawyer regulation, including conflicts of interest, malpractice, and lawyer discipline. She has twice testified on behalf of judges who successfully challenged disciplinary actions by the Texas State Commission on Judicial Conduct.
